Michael Deason is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Board Certified Counselor. He has worked at Sandhills Pediatrics since 2008 and has over 30 years of experience in his field. He has a Master of Science in Counseling from Georgia State University as well as a Diploma in Christian Counseling. He works with children, adolescents, and their families on concerns such as adjustment issues, anger management, anxiety, behavior challenges, depression, grief, relationship challenges, self esteem, social functioning/comfort, and more. He is located at Sandhills Pediatrics’ downtown office. Michael enjoys time with his family, active involvement with his church, and being outdoors.
