Sandhills Pediatrics and Palmetto Pediatrics were two of the largest independent pediatric organizations in the Midlands region of South Carolina and joined forces in 2015 to form what is now the South Carolina Pediatric Alliance (SCPA).

With approximately 35+ board-certified pediatricians, SCPA is one of the largest providers of general pediatric services in South Carolina. Collectively, our physicians have been caring for families across three generations—since 1975.
