Children with Disabilities
South Carolina Pediatric Alliance offers a specialized care coordination service designed to help centralize and support the complex care needs of children with disabilities. This service assists families in navigating the many aspects of care while working closely with your child’s primary care physician to help ensure medical, developmental, and support needs are organized and addressed. Care coordination also includes guidance in identifying and accessing additional resources your child may benefit from, helping families feel supported every step of the way.
