Allisa Hook, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about
caring for children and partnering with families to help them grow up healthy and confident. She earned
her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Clemson University before spending seven years as a pediatric
intensive care nurse, where she cared for critically ill children and discovered the profound impact that
compassionate, family-centered care can have. She later earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the
University of South Carolina to pursue her dream of caring for children in the primary care setting.
As both a nurse practitioner and a mom, Allisa understands the joys, questions, and challenges that come
with raising children. She believes every family deserves to feel heard, supported, and confident in their
child's care. Her goal is to create a welcoming environment where children feel comfortable and parents
feel like trusted partners in every decision.
Outside of the office, Allisa enjoys spending time with her husband and 7 month old son, practicing yoga,
needlepointing, and cheering on the Clemson Tigers.
