brings extensive pediatric nursing experience and a passion for compassionate, family-centered care to children and families in the Midlands.

Hook earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Clemson University before spending seven years as a pediatric intensive care nurse. During her time caring for critically ill children, she developed a deep appreciation for the impact that compassionate, family-centered care can have on children and their families.

She later earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Carolina, allowing her to pursue her goal of caring for children in the primary care setting. As both a nurse practitioner and a mother, Hook understands the joys, questions, and challenges that come with raising children and is committed to making families feel heard, supported, and confident in their child’s care.

Outside of the office, Hook enjoys spending time with her husband and 7-month-old son, practicing yoga, needlepointing, and cheering on the Clemson Tigers.
